concept
Our party concept is not about rump fucking or swinger action. It’s all about trying to create a safe space for everyone. Unfortunately, we are not a safe space!
Nightclubs are dangerous places. We try to make FAGtory safer than other parties, but unfortunately assaults still happen here too.
The focus is still on dancing and music! Because we want to celebrate openness, diversity and freedom together. Loving each other in the process? Go for it! That’s why everyone is invited to show up in their hottest outfits. The darkroom is all about consensus, respect and safety. Everyone should feel good!

Admission

Awareness
The most important awareness team is you – and all other guests!
Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to create an absolute safe space in a nightclub.
That is why we are also dependent on your support. Please speak to people who behave inappropriately and show moral courage! If you need help, our awareness team, the security staff or the bar staff are available to help you.
Dresscode
Our most important principle is that all people are equal. This makes it impossible to judge when it comes to dress code, because there is hardly anything more superficial than outfits. We don’t want anyone to feel uncomfortable, especially not because of their clothes.
Nevertheless, for us the dress code is an indicator and filter for recognizing who adheres to the rules. That’s why we ask at the entrance what you have thought of that suits you.
Show us that you are part of the LGBTIQA+ community or a supportive ally. We want everyone to prepare for the party in solidarity and follow the rules. We have a short conversation with all guests at the entrance. With an outfit that complies with the dress code, you have a clear advantage.
Konzept
Unser Party Konzept bedeutet nicht Rudelfick oder Swinger-Action. Es geht vor allem darum zu versuchen einen Safer Space für alle zu schaffen. Wir sind jedoch leider kein Safe Space!
Nachtclubs sind gefährliche Orte. Wir versuchen die FAGtory sicherer als andere Partys zu gestalten aber auch bei uns passieren leider immer noch Übergriffe.
Im Mittelpunkt steht immer noch das Tanzen und die Musik! Denn wir wollen gemeinsam Offenheit, Diversität und Freiheit feiern. Sich dabei zu lieben? Go for it! Darum sind alle eingeladen sich in ihren hottesten Outfits zu zeigen. Im Darkroom gilt: Konsens, Respekt und Sicherheit. Alle sollen sich gut fühlen!
Einlass
Unser Ziel ist es ein Clubbing mit einer respektvollen Party-Crowd zu generieren. Darum führen wir vor dem Einlass kurze Talks mit allen Gästen. Wenn du uns nicht das Gefühl gibst, unsere Regeln verstanden zu haben oder du dich nicht an den Dressecode hältst, können wir dich leider nicht rein lassen.
Es gibt keine Einlassgarantie – auch nicht mit einem Vorverkaufsticket. Zudem gibt es kein Geld zurück. Also informier dich!
Darkroom
In den Darkroom gehen Menschen um zu Kuscheln, Schmusen oder um Sex zu haben. Consent kann durch Blicke, flüstern oder Berührungen abgefragt werden. Kondome gibt es bei uns kostenlos am Eingang. Der Darkroom ist kein Safe Space!
Es wird zwar meist nicht geredet, aber „STOP“ kann immer gesagt werden. Es sind erfahrungsgemäß meist Hetero-Männer, die so ein „Nein“ leider oft nicht akzeptieren können. Sprich es an und melde uns bitte solche Fälle.
Unser Darkroom ist für alle da. Regeln, die du vielleicht aus Swinger Clubs kennst treffen bei uns auf schwules Cruising: Manche checken vorher aus, mit wem sie auf Tuchfühlung gehen wollen und gehen gemeinsam rein, andere machen es ganz spontan allein, lassen sich treiben und genießen die Anonymität.
Niemand muss in den Darkroom gehen. Wer reingeht, muss da nicht bleiben. Es gibt nichts zu judgen, zu bewerten oder zu kommentieren.
Ziel
Die Party hat das politische und gesellschftliche Ziel die Sichtbarkeit von LGBTIQA+ Personen zu fördern und barrieren zu cis-hetero Welten abzubauen.
Alle Gäste sollen die Möglichkeit bekommen etwas dazu zu lernen und ihren persönlichen Horizont zu erweitern. Auch wenn sie noch keine Erfahrungen auf solchen Events haben. Darin unterscheiden wir uns zu andern großen Sex- oder Bodypositive Partys.
Wir wünschen uns, dass die Werte der FAGtory auch nach 7 Uhr in den Alltag der Gäste mitgenommen werden können.
Awareness
Das wichtigste Awareness Team bist du – und alle anderen Gäste! Einen absoluter Safe Space zu schaffen ist in einem Nachtclub leider nahezu unmöglich.
Deshalb sind wir auch aufdeine Unterstützung angewiesen. Bitte sprich Personen an, die sich unangemessen verhalten, und zeige Zivilcourage! Falls du Hilfe benötigst, steht unser Awareness-Team, die Sicherheitskräfte oder das Barpersonal zur Verfügung, um dir zu helfen.
Dresscode
Unser wichtigster Grundsatz ist, dass alle Menschen gleich sind. Dies macht es beim Thema Dresscode unmöglich zu bewerten, denn es gib kaum etwas Oberflächlicheres als Outfits. Wir wollen, dass sich niemand unwohl fühlt, schon gar nicht wegen der Kleidung.
Dennnoch ist für uns der Dresscode ein Indikator und Filter um zu erkennen wer sich an die Regeln hält. Darum Fragen wir beim Einlass nach, was du dir für dich passendes überlegt hast.
Zeig uns, dass du Teil der LGBTIQA+ Community oder ein unterstützender Ally bist. Wir wollen, dass sich alle solidarisch auf die Party vorbereiten und die Regeln beherzigen. Wir führen mit allen Gästen beim Einlass ein kurzes Gespräch. Mit einem Outfit, welches dem Dresscode entspricht, bist du klar im Vorteil.

Since 2014, “The FAGtory Club” has been celebrating with techno, pop, and gay-trash in Graz. Music brings all people together here: on the dance floor, but also in the darkroom. We stand for love and justice, which is why this parties finance important queer charity projects.
